Intermediate Lessons

For swimmers ready to refine their technique, our intermediate lessons focus on improving stroke efficiency, endurance, and coordination. Participants will gain the skills needed for confident swimming in deeper water. Available from the comfort of your own pool at an additional cost.
Advanced/Stroke Technique Lessons

Advanced lessons are tailored for experienced swimmers looking to perfect their strokes, build speed, and enhance performance. Whether you're training for competition or seeking to master advanced techniques, our expert instructor will help you reach your goals. Water Fitness Classes
